All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with TRDR are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not:

- Use our trademarks without written consent
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Create derivative works based on our platform
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TRDR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for trading losses or investment decisions
- We are not liable for service interruptions or technical issues
- We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRDR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Provide false information
- Fail to complete required verification
- Are subject to regulatory restrictions
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (less applicable fees) will be returned to you.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TRDR shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation with our support team
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Arbitration in accordance with applicable rules
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
